I deadlifted a car with a bunch of 45s thrown in the back 17 times in a row
I also ran a 50k race up a mountain. Ran is a bit of a stretch, but I did finish.

Ill make this short and sweet. I have been working in the fitness industry for a decade; and the golf fitness world for 4 years and counting. I have worked with professional athletes. I have coaches 70+ year old grandmothers who just want to live a long and healthy life. And man people in between.
I believe in what we do here at Oak, and I am proud and honored to be able to work with our members everyday.
On a more personal note; I have a lovely wife, Kate, and a doggo named Dak. I truly love nothing more than just hanging out with them.
